GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

All authors are encouraged to submit their ORCID IDs along with the manuscript. Those who don’t have one are encouraged to create it at https://orcid.org/register.

Whenever more than one author is involved, one must be designated as the corresponding author. This author’s full name, email address, and affiliations should be provided for communication with the editorial office.

AAKHAR Hindi Journal accepts the following types of work:

  • Original Research Articles – 2500 words
  • Travelogues – 1500 words
  • Short Stories – 1500 words
  • Poetry – Max 2 short collections under 1000 words
  • Other Literary Works – 1000 words

1. ORIGINAL RESEARCH ARTICLES

  • Abstract: Max 200 words
  • Include 2–3 keywords
  • Max 2500 words
  • Max 25 references

2. TRAVELOGUES

  • Abstract: Max 100 words
  • Include 2–3 keywords
  • Max 1500 words
  • Max 15 references

3. SHORT STORIES

  • Abstract: Max 100 words
  • Include 2–3 keywords
  • Max 1500 words
  • Max 10 references

4. POETRY

  • Up to 2 short collections, total under 1000 words
  • No abstract or references needed

5. OTHER LITERARY WORKS

  • Abstract: Max 100 words
  • Include 2–3 keywords
  • Max 1500 words
  • Max 10 references

All files must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx). Content should be uniformly in Devanagari Hindi using Arial Unicode MS font. Formatting:

  • Page size: A4 (8.5” × 11”)
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: Normal (2.54 cm all sides)
  • Font: Arial Unicode Hindi, size 12
  • Title: Font size 14, Bold, Capital case
